Welcome to Nashvegas Advertising. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our taxi top advertising services. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Nashvegas Advertising provides outdoor advertising solutions, specifically digital and static taxi top displays in the Nashville, Tennessee metropolitan area. We connect advertisers with our network of taxi fleets to display promotional content.
2. Advertising Content & Approval
All advertising content submitted by the Client is subject to approval by Nashvegas Advertising. We reserve the right to reject any content that is:
- Illegal, offensive, or obscene.
- Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
- Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Violates local Nashville city ordinances regarding outdoor advertising.
3. Payments and Billing
3.1. Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all advertising campaigns must be paid in full prior to the campaign start date.
3.2. Refunds: Services are non-refundable once the campaign has launched. Cancellations made 7 days prior to launch may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Intellectual Property
The Client retains all rights to their artwork, logos, and trademarks. By submitting content to us, you grant Nashvegas Advertising a license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our taxi network and in our marketing materials (e.g., portfolio, case studies).
5. Limitation of Liability
Nashvegas Advertising strives to ensure 100% uptime for digital displays. However, we are not liable for minor interruptions caused by technical failures, vehicle maintenance, or weather conditions. In the event of significant downtime, we may offer a campaign extension or credit at our discretion. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Nashville, Tennessee.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
